Shipping Policy
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days of receipt. Orders are not processed or
shipped from Friday, 2pm EST through Sunday, or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. If
your shipment experiences a significant delay, we will contact you via email or phone.
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has
shipped. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Returns & Refunds
Due to health regulations, we DO NOT accept used hair. You have 72 hours (3 Days) to return
hair in same package order to get a refund. Hair must be in original state. After 72 hours ALL
SALES ARE FINAL and NO REFUND OR EXCHANGE WILL BE ALLOWED.
Changes to Order
After order is placed, we do not make changes. If you notice an error made with your address,
contact us immediately! If your order has already been processed, we won’t be able to change

WHAT DO WE DO WITH YOUR INFORMATION?
When you purchase something from our store, as part of the buying and selling process, we
collect the personal information you give us such as your name, address, and email address.
When you browse our store, we also automatically receive your computer’s internet protocol
(IP) address to provide us with information that helps us learn about your browser and
operating system.
Email marketing (if applicable): With your permission, we may send you emails about our store,
new products, and other updates.
Text marketing (if applicable): With your permission, we may send text messages about our
store, new products, and other updates. Updates include Checkout Reminders. Webhooks will
be used to trigger the Checkout Reminders messaging system.
